3.1 Crypto Market Volatility: You acknowledge the inherent volatility of the cryptocurrency market. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly, and you may lose your entire investment.

Investment Decisions: You are solely responsible for all investment decisions you make. TradeTribe does not guarantee the success of any investment strategy.
As a trader offering your expertise on the TradeTribe platform, you agree to:
Accurate Information: Provide accurate and truthful information about your skills and experience.
Transparency: Be transparent with investors about your trading strategies and any potential risks associated with them.
Expectation Management: Set realistic expectations for investor returns and avoid making any misleading claims.
Policy Compliance: Comply with all platform policies, including those related to investor communication, disclosure, and ethical conduct.
If TradeTribe offers a reward system, details regarding earning and redeeming points will be outlined in a separate Rewards Program document.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TradeTribe disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. TradeTribe does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TradeTribe will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or personal injury, even if TradeTribe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TradeTribe may terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms of Service
Suspicious activity on your account
Failure to pay any applicable fees (if a fee structure is implemented)
Extended periods of inactivity
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in High Court of Justice, in England and Wales for all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
TradeTribe may terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We will post any changes on the Platform and notify users through a prominent notification.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of TradeTribe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of TradeTribe.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeTribe, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or your violation of this Agreement.
By using the Platform, you agree to receive electronic communications from TradeTribe, such as emails, notifications, and push messages. You also agree that these electronic communications will satisfy any legal communication requirements that would otherwise require a written communication.
This Agreement may not be assigned by you without the prior written consent of TradeTribe. TradeTribe may assign this Agreement without your consent.
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement by TradeTribe shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
TradeTribe shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or natural disasters.
The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not constitute a part of these Terms of Service.
